As soon as possible as we can only film one wedding on one day (we don't sub-contract), so if we are booked on your date, we will be unable to help you. Once you have booked your service and reception venue, the video should then be booked along with the photographer, cars etc. How much is the booking fee and when is the balance due?
The booking fee is 10% of the total balance and the balance is due 10 days before the Wedding. How can we pay?
Cash, cheques or PayPal (and credit cards via PayPal). A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking, the balance must clear before recording. Do you hold the necessary insurances?
Yes, we hold the Public Liability (required for National Trust venues) as per English Law. Can we select the music?
Yes, of course! A significant part of the film will be set to music and we like to make it personal to you. Just let us have the CDs or mp3s if you have them. Are the Videos free from copyright fees?
No, All license fees are included in the price, which includes filming of performances in Church, recording disco music, and adding music during editing. My Uncle Charlie has a camcorder, why do I need you?
For the same reason you wouldn't trust your Aunt Fanny to make your dress or your cake - because you want it done right! A domestic camcorder doesn't record well in the low-light conditions found in churches and reception venues. Besides, your relations want to enjoy the day, not work. Do you work well alongside the photographer?
Of course, we both have our own separate jobs to do and it is helpful to everyone that we work together. In fact, most of the photographers we work with recommend our services to their customers. Do you set shots up?
No, that is the photographer's job, not ours! We film the wedding as it is capturing the atmosphere of the day. We pride ourselves on being unobtrusive, when we say our goodbyes to the bride and groom, most of them say they haven't noticed us all day! Do you move around during the service?
No, we are always tripod mounted and do not move around the church (most vicars and priests won't allow it anyway). How far will you travel?
We're located in Worthing, Sussex - & will cover most areas in the UK but we do factor in traveling expenses with our prices. How quickly will we receive the DVDs?
Usually within a month at the very most, we like to spend at least 40 hours in post-production editing each film so it's as perfect as we can get it. Can you do titles, graphics, animations, special effects, and dubbed music?
Yes, our equipment can produce almost any video and audio special effect you can imagine. In addition, we know how to use special effects effectively and appropriately to produce your video styled to suit you. Your video production will be "just like watching real TV." Do your DVD's include chapter/scene selection?
Yes all our DVD are authored with chapters and scene selection & maybe even an Easter egg or two... Will we meet you before the day?
Yes, we like to run through things and, if possible, attend the rehearsal too (if you're having one) so we can plan the shots. Will you be obtrusive?
Absolutely not - you'll hardly know we're there! We try to discreetly disappear into the background. We want to document your day, not perform in it! How long will you keep the master tape?
The master tape is kept for 12 months, so orders can be taken during this period. Can I see examples of your work?
Of course, please click this link or if you prefer to make an appointment for us to visit you we will bring some examples with us then. Are you reliable?
Totally, completely and without question. We have never ever failed to film a wedding. we will never overbook or sub-contract and we always have backup even on the busiest of days. My questions wasn't mentioned here?
